By booking the All-Inclusive Music Production Package with Messy Records UK – New Age Record Label, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Booking

  • Full payment (£600) must be made upfront to secure your spot.
  • This is a limited offer available to 10 artists only.

2. Creative Process & Timeline

  • Two creative calls are included and must be scheduled within 30 days from the project start date.
  • Each artist is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions.
  • Projects will be completed and delivered within 2 months of the agreed start date.

3. Recording Sessions

  • In-person vocal recording sessions (if needed) will take place in either London or Cambridge.
  • Each session will be up to 3–4 hours in duration.
  • Remote vocal recording support is also available if travel isn't possible.

4. Ownership & Royalties

  • If Messy Records UK – New Age Record Label is only producing the track:
    • Artist retains 70% of royalties
    • Messy Records UK – New Age Record Label retains 30%
  • If the song is co-written with the producer:
    • Royalties are split 50/50 between the artist and the producer

5. Additional Services

  • Any additional live instruments (e.g. orchestral players, strings, brass) will require extra fees.
  • The cost of session musicians and external studio time for these additions must be covered by the artist.

6. Final Product & Delivery

  • The artist will receive a finished original song produced to industry standard, ready for release on streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music.
  • No refunds will be issued after payment is made.

Q1: Can I split the payment or pay in installments?

A: Unfortunately, no. The full £600 must be paid upfront to secure your spot.

Q2: What payment methods are available?

A: Bank transfer is preferred. Credit/debit card payments are accepted with additional processing fees.

Q3: Is this offer suitable for bands?

A: No. This offer is specifically designed to support solo artists who want to kickstart or elevate their music career on a budget.

Q4: What if I can't travel for the vocal recording session?

A: No worries! Remote vocal recording support is available. You'll receive guidance on how to record your vocals from wherever you are.

Q5: How long will the full process take?

A: Projects are usually completed and delivered within 2 months from the agreed start date. If you have a release or marketing schedule, let the producer know — early delivery can be arranged where possible.

Q6: What if I need more changes beyond the 2 included revisions?

A: Additional revisions can be requested for an extra fee, depending on the complexity of the request.

Q7: Will I own the rights to my song?

A: Yes.

  • If you bring a fully written song, you keep 70% of the royalties, and Messy Records UK – New Age Record Label retains 30%.
  • If the song is co-written with the producer, royalties are shared 50/50.

Q8: What if I want live instruments like strings or brass?

A: We can arrange this! You'll need to cover the cost of session musicians and any required studio time.

Q9: Will the final song be release-ready?

A: Absolutely. Your track will be professionally mixed, mastered, and ready for release on all major platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and more.

Q10: What happens if I miss my scheduled creative call?

A: Please try to give at least 24 hours' notice. That said, we understand life happens — we'll do our best to reschedule.
